Painting work & Responsibility:-
i) Packing and moving:- Furniture moving: Our team will help you move the furniture. However, as we are not professional movers and packers, we will not be responsible for any damages incurred during the process.
ii) Quality of painting work:- The difference between expected acceptance and reality cannot be denied. Because paintingwale will use color and color according to customer's preference. Paintingwale will not be responsible for the paint quality and color effect as it will be chosen by the customer. Due to some wall conditions or seepage the color will not come as expected, paintingwale will not be responsible for them. We will do our best to fix some areas by repainting but we cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction. If the repainting work exceeds 10% of the total work, the customer will be responsible for paying for the additional work.
iii) Cleaning:- We try to cover furniture and other household items as much as possible using polythene covers or newspapers etc. However, since painting is a hand work, there may still be some spots and blemishes. Our team will try to clean them after completion of work but we cannot guarantee 100% cleanliness and no claim can be made for such issues.
iv) Handover:- On the last day of completion of the work, the customer can check the entire work and report any kind of problem. After that paintingwale will not take any responsibility for any default.
v) Legal action:- In the event that the customer cannot make a legal claim against us on any of the above matters. the final decision will be with Pantingwale and the customer will have to accept it.

Personal Information/ privacy policy:- Submitting your personal information in order to accept our services through our(PAINTINGWALE) website is governed/safe by our privacy policy. We are committed to protecting your confidential information. (Access to the website should be avoided if users do not agree)

Modifications (services and rates):- We(PAINTINGWALE) may change the price of our services without notice. Make sure the services / rates on the site are up to date. We reserve the right to update revised services / rates.
